Sabrina was fantastic. I had a lot of questions and sometimes when I was unable to reach Crystal, I would ask Sabrina. Crystal was great. Also I found everyone there to be extremely helpful, especially since I was unable to use the portal because of a herniated disc. I’m sure at times at times I must’ve gotten on somebody’s nerves, but all of them were always polite and never gave a hint that they wondered why I needed an explanation several times.
